ABOUT
EAT:ITH is a series of workshops, events and talks surrounding food culture in Ireland.
It is run by and takes place in The Fumbally Stables in September and October each year.
It features collaborations, with some of the country’s most passionate producers, chefs, farmers, sommeliers, baristas, food writers, artists and activists.
Our aim is to promote a better way of engaging with food.
More precisely put…
// we want to openly discuss the ways in which we choose to eat and drink and how this affects our health and happiness
// we want to learn more about the sustainable practices surrounding food and food production and how this impacts us on a daily basis
// we want to bring people together around food
// we want to celebrate the inspiring and positive aspects of the culture of food and drink in Ireland.
EAT:ITH is an independently run and funded initiative. We are non-profit-driven and place a large emphasis on locally focused and community led organisations/projects.
