Fiona Cribben is an artist, designer and mother living in Dublin. She was first diagnosed with breast cancer in 2009 when she was living in Iceland. In February 2016 she was diagnosed with stage 4 metastatic breast cancer. She has lived with cancer for almost 10 years and she would like to share her experience and learning from this journey. Finn and Fiona will discuss her personal story and approach to food and cancer. Everyone has their own path.

Aliona Wynn puts together a panel of some of Europes most influential coffee roasters to discuss the current boom in roasteries and the techniques and approaches that define specialty coffee from conventional roasting. What is the future for coffee roasting in Ireland?
What is our modern food system and how did we get here? Touching on attitudes, access to basic nutrition and food sovereignty, Fergal Anderson will be joined by guests to address some of the issues of feeding ourselves in the modern world.
