Learn how to make naturally fermented probiotic drinks

& ginger bug
– with the Fumbally fermenter Ailbhe Walshe.

 

This hands on workshop is an introduction to non-alcoholic fermented drinks. We will prepare each one of the ferments together and learn about the love and care needed for each one, storage, natural carbonation methods and flavour combinations.

 

WHAT TO BRING
two jars (approx 250ml) as you will get to take away a kombucha SCOBY and a jar of ginger bug to get you started at home

AILBHE WALSHE has been creating and caring for the fermented drinks in The Fumbally for almost two years. She is currently studying for a postgrad in food health and nutrition and is also a part time yoga teacher.
